Michelle is a visual designer in Seattle, WA

About

Michelle grew up in Seattle and studied sociology at Willamette University in Oregon. After college, she moved to Buenos Aires where she spent three years honing her soccer skills, eating empanadas and arguing with programmers in Spanish while working at internet startups.

As a designer, Michelle enjoys playing with typography and color, working collaboratively, and wearing many hats. She hopes to bring her varied experience to a small and nimble design team in Seattle.

When she’s not in front of a computer, you can find her walking her dog Loona, drawing letters, and being tall.

Hi, I'm Michelle.

I'm a visual designer from Seattle with a BA in sociology (Willamette University) and AAS in Graphic Design (SCCA).

Before becoming a full time creative, I lived in Buenos Aires honing my soccer skills, eating empanadas, and arguing with programmers in Spanish while working at internet startups.

Since moving back, I've become a concept-driven designer who loves working collaboratively and wearing many hats. Over the past few years I've been living that agency life; working with a range of clients (most notably Sony, Microsoft, AWS, and Deloitte) on a range of mostly digital (some print) deliverables.

I'm currently available for contract and freelance opportunities.
